Does it have to be personalised?
No, all personalisation is optional.

What happens after I order?
You'll be sent a mock-up of your mat by email. You will need to approve the design by email before we send it to the production team. This is where any changes can also be made if you're not 100% happy.

Will my mat look exactly like the mock-up sent by email?
There may be a slight variation in colour due to specific monitor settings. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable as we print on a white substrate which makes it even harder to get a perfect colour match. We do increase the black to help with this difference. Your text personalisation will be exactly as you see in the mock-up.

How quickly will I receive my mat?
You'll receive your mock-up within 24 hours of ordering, once approved it will be sent to production to make and print within 72 hours, usually much sooner. It will then be despatched on a 24-hour service. If your approval is in a timely manner you could have your mat in 5-7 working days.

Is the mat really 2mm thin?
Yes, all our thin doormats are less than 2mm thin, perfect for low-clearance doors. If you're unsure if the mat will fit under your door please purchase a sample

What is the mat made of?
The mats are made of sustainably sourced Nitrile rubber with a polyester printed layer.

How do I clean and maintain my doormat?
All our Skinny Mats are washable doormats and are very easy to maintain and keep clean. Shake off any debris, brush or vacuum regularly and wipe stains with a mild cleaning solution and a damp cloth. Every now and again pop it in the washing machine on a gentle 30°C cycle.

Are the mats suitable for outdoor use?
All our mats are indoor door mats and designed to fit under low-profile doors.

Do you sell large doormats?
Yes, we do! Our large doormats are 120cm x 85cm, perfect for large entryways and double patio doors.

Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery, customs may be chargeable in your destination country.

What is your returns policy?
Every mat is made to order for you so unfortunately we don't accept returns unless your mat is faulty. You'll receive a mock-up by email after you order to ensure you're happy with the design, at which point you can make any changes to ensure you're 100% happy.

Can I see a sample?
Absolutely. You can purchase a sample here. You'll receive a voucher to redeem on your purchase for the full price of the sample. The sample is purely to see how thin the mats are and not of the design or colour.

Once your personalisation has been approved and sent off for printing it will be printed within 72 hours and posted to you via Royal Mail, FedEx or DHL 24-hour Tracked Service and will need to be signed for.

If you are looking for a thin door mat- this is the one. My front door is positioned very low and this is the thinnest and greatest looking floor mat you'll ever find.
