    Can I choose my own colours?

    Yes. This design is available in custom colours, so you aren't limited to the pink and coral combination shown. You can choose colours that complement your hallway, flooring, walls or front door.

    How do I choose the exact colour I want?

    Simply give us the HEX colour code for your chosen shade when ordering. HEX codes allow you to specify a much more precise colour than names such as "pink", "sage" or "navy". We have a colour inspiration page to help you choose a colour.

    Can I have the pink version shown in the product image?

    Yes. If you like the colour combination pictured, you can keep it exactly as shown rather than choosing a different custom colour.

    Is this mat suitable for a door with very little clearance?

    That's what Skinny Mats are made for. At less than 2mm thick, they're designed for low-clearance doors where a conventional thick doormat may catch against the bottom of the door.

    Should I measure underneath my door first?

    If your door has an especially small gap underneath, we recommend checking the clearance before ordering. You'll need a little over 2mm of space to allow the door to move comfortably over the mat.

    Where should I use this doormat?

    It's designed primarily for indoor use and works particularly well just inside a front or back door, in a porch or at the entrance to a hallway.
